I love this product! I first discovered Emergen-C on a cruise (free in the stateroom) and I noticed i did not have hang-overs or barely when i would drink. Anyway...I take it now whenever i remember and extra whenever im around sick people. Now, between this and the Zicam spray that i take whenever i feel im coming down with a cold, i havent gotten sick in a very long time.
Hooray for Emergen-C!

I don't drink soda anymore but when I did I was always a big citrus fan, like Sprite, Vault, stuff like that. I really like this flavor. Now the first time or two I drank ANY Emergen-C, I sorta had to force it down, knowing it was good for me...but it didn't take long at ALL for me to learn to like it - now drinking it is no problem.
The thing about Emergen-c is that it really works well for me. It gives me a definite burst of energy that is quite natural. I have some health issues - fibro and auto-immune stuff, and this really is great to help me with the fatigue.
Since I've been taking it, I've not been a bit sick either, even though I'm on immuno-suppressant drugs. I highly recommend it. I limit myself to one a day - my doctor said anymore, and it could put me at risk for kidney stones. |

I recently starting taking this once a day and am very happy I was introduced to it. I was skeptical at first because I'm vegetarian and very careful about what I put in my body.
The first time I used it I was amazed at how much more energy I had. My partner also takes it. She got a cold and was pretty much over it within a week. It's a very good product and you should at least try to see if it makes you feel better. |
